I would use a 6" surface grinder wheel on the tool post grinder. I would have to make a spacer for the wheel to mount on the grinder and run it at the correct rpm but it would be the safer way to do it. Also, I would have to grind a radius on both sides of the wheel face to grind the radius on the crank journal.Web
